Our Algebra I classes are ready to do whatever it takes to ROCK THE EOC!!! My name is Katie Fitz, and I'm a proud product of MNPS. Upon graduating from Hume-Fogg, I attended Davidson College, where I studied French and Chemistry. I originally planned to pursue a career in medicine, but I took a teaching position in France after college and realized that I had found my dream job! I then attended the University of Avignon in France, where I studied Education and Applied Foreign Language. I'm excited to embark on my second year at Hillwood as an Algebra, Freshman Seminar, and upper-level French teacher. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, hike, and camp. My goal is to inspire critical thinkers who ask questions, put forth their best, and KNOW that they CAN succeed in math with dedication and a positive attitude, as well as culturally competent Francophones!
