Hello to all my wonderful students at Ridgeview Charter School. Sixth grade is an exciting and challenging year for everyone-students, teachers and parents. I look forward to getting to know you as we work together to improve our reading and writing skills. I grew up in Massachusetts where I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. My husband and I moved to Georgia when he began working for CNN. We have four grown children who all live in the Atlanta area. In addition to teaching at RCS, I enjoy running, reading, volunteering and traveling. I love to spend time walking and running with my "neapolitan labrador retrievers"-Sadie (black), Lily (chocolate) and Beylea (yellow)!
