About Mrs. Jessica Taylor

Welcome to the 2012-13 school year! This is my 13th year of teaching and my 13th year at East High. Over my time at East I have taught Biology, Honors Biology, Physical Science, Chemistry, Zoology, and AP Biology.

I earned my Masters of Science degree in Biology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2007 and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Secondary Education from Wartburg College, Waverly, IA, in 1999.

I have two sons, Liam (4.5 yrs) and Evan (18 mos). In my freetime I like to play with my kids, bake desserts, read, watch TV, and do projects around my house.

I'm looking forward to a successful school year. Welcome!
