Teaching chemistry at Geneva School of Boerne in Boerne, TX is a wonderful blessing to me. No one could ask for a finer group of students, faculty and parents to be a part of. Geneva is truly a unique classical school with a Christian worldview. I thank God for the relationship we share there.

I am a Texas native and proud of it. Born in Winters and educated in the Winters school system(grades 1-12) and at Abilene Christian Univ. (B.S), and the University of Texas at Austin (Ph. D.) I worked in the chemical industry (Jefferson Chemical/Texaco Chemical, then at Goldschmidt Chemical) during my career, then taught Freshman Chemistry for one semester at Wharton County Junior College/Sugarland, TX campus before moving to Boerne in 2005. In 2008 Geneva added the 10th grade and needed a Chemistry teacher -- and I was selected for that position. I now teach both Pre-AP Chem and AP Chem to an amazing and beautiful group of students.
