I love teaching sixth grade language arts. Sixth graders are working hard to grow up, and through reading and writing, I can share the experiences of others and read about students' own experiences. This is such an exciting age, but mixed with the excitement is the fear of the unknown -- what will I be, what will I do, what will I become, where do I fit in?
