I have been teaching for 30 years. I graduated from Bridgewater College with a degree in Sociology and Economics & Business. I attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and began graduate work in math and science. In 1998, I received a masters degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado.

My husband Fred and I enjoy traveling and being with our grandchildren. Our son Scott has a daughter, Paulina who is eight. Our daughter Kelly and her husband have a two sons, Connor is four and Bryson is 2 months.
