My name is Lisa Walsh and this is my fifth year here at North. I have been teaching for 10 years and am certified to teach in four states! I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Special Education from Salem University. I was a social worker prior to becoming a teacher and also spent 8 years as a stay at home mom with my four children. My kids are 22, 20, 16 and 14 so I know the “middle school” experience well. I am from Boston so I also love the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics which tends to make me unpopular around here come playoff time! I am very excited to be working with you this year…we are going to have a great time!
