I am convinced that I build bridges. I build the bridge of language, the bridge of culture, the bridge of sub-cultures, the bridge of age. As a student of English as a second language, who is now a teacher, I have become aware that I am not merely a teacher, I build bridges to limit the gaps of understanding. But those understandings are not only of language, but of culture: the American and the Caribbean. Not only that, I also know how to be from the city and how to be from the countryside. Not only that, my desire is to limit the gap in age and time. I am not a teacher of grammar, literature, and conversational English, I am an educator, a tour guide, a diplomat, a CEO, a thinker, an adventurer.
