Hi! My name is Mrs. Cartlidge, and I am proud to announce that I am your 8th grade Language Arts teacher. As a graduate of Texas A&M University, and with hopes of becoming an English teacher some day, I studied English and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English. As a young girl, I knew I was destined to be a teacher. My 16 years of reading, memorizing, cramming, but most importantly learning in every different type of classroom has molded me into the young woman I am today. With no doubt, teaching is my calling; my hobby is learning, and my passion is interacting with and helping others. I feel that I know the true meaning of being a teacher, and that is to guide, nurture, and most importantly to encourage every student. Coppell Middle School North has blessed me with the amazing opportunity to work alongside remarkable teachers in the surrounding of an established and accredited school.
