I am the literacy coach at North and absolutely love it! I teach Read 180 which is an intervention reading program for struggling readers. I also teach Reading Writing Studio as an elective. It's hard to hide my enthusiasm while watching creativity begin to release in the minds of our students. I don't issue homework, but have yet to have a weekend when a students doesn't send me an original piece they are working on so I can edit!
