I LOVE teaching 5th grade!! I have been teaching at EPE for 13 years.....WOW! Every day is an amazing challenging adventure. My MISSION is to have children leave my room with a more positive self-concept than they had when they entered it. I will create an environment in which children feel safe, supported and cared for. I will plan activities each day that will foster growth socially, emotionally and intellectualy. I will respond to students with encouragement, compassion and respect. I will take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself to reach my goal.
