Tell us about yourself...
I've been teaching for 25 years straight this time! All with Hoover City Schools and all as an Enrichment Teacher! I have always wanted to be a teacher. Well, that and ballerina, nurse, and mother. Okay, so I don't do ballet, but I DO dance! ballroom, cajun/zydeco, contra, bop and shag, the list goes on....

Previously I have been a stock broker, clothing salesperson, insurance company tech support, pension representative, photographer for a DJ service, substitute teacher and substitute baker. I have two children who are producing their own children. I also dabble in glass - lamp-working to be exact. That's taking rods of glass, heating it to molten and creating beads and other art forms from it. I have a small studio ? in my basement so I can teach others. I crochet, do calligraphy, zentangle, yoga and dance! in amongst the other stuff - I really like to keep busy!
