I attended the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) before graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Chemistry Education. I am certified to teach chemistry and physics and enjoy each thoroughly. My professional goal is to have every student become an informed citizen who can think scientifically to solve problems and create a more enlightened society. My annual goal is to prepare every AP Chemistry student to pass the AP Chemistry exam in May. I am very good at Table Tennis (two 1st-place trophies), fairly skilled at chess , soccer is my favorite sport (all-county goalkeeper), and I love to read science, philosophy, and theology. My favorite author is C.S. Lewis and I highly recommend that everyone read "The Screwtape Letters" and "The Abolition of Man." My favorite passage of scripture is the book of Ecclesiastes. I love teaching, I love learning, and I love sharing my passion for science with my students!
