About Mrs. Rebecca Wells

NC Teaching Fellow Scholarship recipient 1990.
BA English Education, Elon College 1994
MA Educational Media & Instructional Techonology, ASU 2006

I am happily married to Justin Wells. We have two children, Emerson and Owen. We love hiking in these beautiful NC mountains with our dogs. We also love to canoe the New River. I am so happy I found my way to Ashe County High School.

I serve as chair for the Language Arts department at ACHS. I am the new adviser for journalism and yearbook students, and I am proud of what we've done this year with The Husky Howler and The Pawprint. I also teach AP Language and Composition.
