I have been teaching for three years at the schools you see below. I've taught chemistry, biology, AP biology, anatomy & physiology, and algebra. My favorite subject is evolution. I see it everywhere! I also love discussing with students the history and process of science as well as how science and society interact. This year I am working on the development of a new medical device to help patients with heart failure. My alter ego is being a physician as I did medicine (specifically cardiology) for many years before detouring into education. Don't be surprised; they're more similar than you might think!
