I've taught sixth grade and high school history rural Alaska, fifth grade in central Missouri, and have been here in Iowa teaching fifth and sixth grade. During my time as a teacher, I've managed to teach kindergarten through twelfth grade, coach basketball from fifth grade to varsity levels, and work with some of the most amazing teachers in the world. Teaching in a difficult job, but I certainly wouldn't change the places that education has taken me and the experiences that it's given me!
