About Dr. Kourtni Rackard

I'm currently a Teacher on Assignment for Instructional Support in Volusia County, Florida. I have taught Exceptiopnal Student Education as well as General Education. I'm currently pursuing my doctorate at Nova Sooutheastern University in Organizational Leadership (hence the name Dr. Rackard, for motivation purposes).
