Hi All,
It has been a most refreshing experience in attending this course. There is more learning as we look back and reflect on some of the things that we have gone through. Thank you Ashley for making these possible.
To wrap up the last component of PALS - Sustaining Change, our group has decided to try out something what Ashley will be sharing with us on 'flipped classroom'. Not really sure we have embodied the true spirit of it, but we are giving it a go.
We would appreciate it very much if you could take some time to look through the slides attached and other resources. The activities have also been embedded within the slides so that you will be aware of how the lesson will flow.
I know what is it like to start off cold and we could not give ourselves enough time to think through some of the things critically before sharing with the rest. Hopefully this will give you more time to think through beforehand and we can have a more enriched sharing.

Dr. Tan - Group D has one of the more difficult topics.
You may also start to feel the crush for time because of competing presentations or assignments. But do set aside some time and effort to support this group's pre-activity. You might find some very valuable things to look out for when sustaining change.
