Michael Wacker (Online PD)
I am the Online Professional Development Coordinator in the Office of Teacher Learning and Leadership for Denver Public School System. I have been working with departments across the district on the facilitation and online availability of professional learning courses, resources, and learning spaces for DPS educators. I often lead workshops at local and national conferences on: learning and leading in today's environment, Web 2.0, blended and hybrid learning, self- directed professional learning, and the responsible integration of technology into the classroom. I hold a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis on online instructional design and facilitation.
It would be odd to not find an Online Professional Development Coordinator... online. Right?
