This is year sixteen in the classroom for me and I still consider teaching the toughest job I'll ever love. And I do love it. Strong communicators are good thinkers and good citizens. Even though we live in an age of digital transformation, and students sometimes balk at reading books, literacy has never been more important. I'm excited to be working with new students in new ways as we read and write, speak and listen our way to good thinking. This year I teach English to 80 freshman and 18 sophomores.
