After many years in the classroom, I stepped out of my comfort zone this year and became a Tech Coordinator for a 1 to 1 iPad program at Pleasant City Elementary School. We began this Federally Funded program in September of 2011 and we completed our 1 to 1 distribution in January 2012.
I am delighted in the response from the kids and teachers as they "cut the edge" in leading the way for this revolution in education.

I intend on making this transition for everyone here in Pleasant City ES (specifically) and Palm Beach County (generally) as easy as possible. To that end, I am dedicated to creating content-related iBooks for classroom lessons. My digital books include videos, keynotes, galleries, links, text, 3-D animations, audio support, interactive images and lots of review questions. Subjects range the spectrum, but as an old science teacher, I have more in that group than any other so far.
