I am originally from the Great Lakes State of Michigan.
After graduating from Grand Valley State University, I moved to North Carolina.
Currently studying to earn my masters degree in Educational Technology from GVSU.
I married Trent Meyering in 2010 and we have a cat named Athena.
I am obsessed with my nephews Colin and Liam and always look forward to seeing them when I go up North to Michigan.
I am teaching my fifthyear of 4th grade at RHES.
I enjoy spending time with my family, sports, traveling, photography, cooking, reading, and shopping.
