This is my 8th year working as a School Social Worker at Foxborough Public Schools. I have a graduate degree in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling, and hold undergraduate degrees in Photography and Visual Arts & Media. I am a Licensed Mental Heath Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and a licensed School Adjustment Counselor/Social Worker (K-12) as well as Visual Arts Teacher (9-12) by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Currently at FHS, I am teaching a course called Interpersonal Dynamics- a specialized curriculum for at-risk students.. I love teaching these classes and enjoy the opportunity to collaborate and co-teach with other teachers.We have begun a stress-reduction/yoga wellness class this year in the Therapeutic Program. I have prior training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and am currently working toward my RYT(registered yoga teacher) in a training at The Yoga Studio in Millis.
