Deborah Hargroves has worked with students and teachers over the past 30 years promoting the integration of technology into the K-12 curriculum. Teaching students and other educators to create powerful images through photography is one of her most persistent aspirations. As an Adobe Education Leader, Deborah uses Adobe Photoshop® Elements and Adobe Premiere® Elements software as her photo- and video-editing tools to teach novices, as well as more advanced learners, to develop their visual literacy to the fullest extent.

In order to address the variety of learning styles of today's students, Deborah has found that educators must expand their instructional programs to include engaging, exciting tools to help students interact with the curriculum in more productive ways. Technology can provide just such tools. By using a palette of technology tools, students and teachers can relate to any subject in a more personal and creative way.
