Mrs. Claudette Warren

I am a veteran teacher of 38 years and I love what I was trained to do! I share new ideas with my colleagues, enjoy using technology in the classroom, and i love using foldables with my classes to present new ideas and concepts. I am a three year Senior Olympic participant because I love being active. My kids at school think it is AWESOME that I can still run the 100 and 200 meter events when I participate. I also play three on three basketball and compete in the high jump and the long jump. After a day of this much activity, I can hardly wait to get home, clean up, and take my nap!! It interesting sharing my medals with the kids after an Olympic weekend.

I love being creative because i enjoy doing things that are different. I quilt and am passionate about fiber and fabric crafts and combinations. I incorporate these crafts when students are working on projects to encourage them to be more creative. Sometimes this is what they need to help them think outside the box.
