Hello everyone and welcome to my teacher page!!!!! I just wanted you to know a little about the person who will be spending 180 days with your child. I am a true southern girl...growing up in Mobile, Alabama. I have been married for 38 years to Greg, and we have two children....my daughter, Becky, is married to Justin, and they live on the Grand Strand. My son, Axl, is a junior at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. I am one of the original teachers that opened up SJMS in 1989. I have a BS and MS degree in Biology and an endorsement in Gifted and Talented Education. Before moving to the Grand Strand more than 29 years ago, I taught in the public schools in Alabama and Mississippi. I also taught 2 years at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga back in my younger days. I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, cooking, movie watching, shopping, and just surfing the Internet. Please contact me if you have any concerns. I will be taking photos throughout the year.
